How do I import a flight booking into TripSet?
Open your itinerary, go to the day of your flight, click Add transport → Flight, then upload your booking confirmation PDF. AI parses the flight number, airports, departure and arrival times, seat number, and price — usually in under two seconds.
Which hotel booking sites are supported?
TripSet supports automatic parsing of confirmations from Booking.com, Trip.com, and Agoda. For other hotels, you can paste the confirmation text and AI will extract what it can, or enter details manually.
What file formats does the import accept?
PDF files up to 10 MB for flights, trains, buses, ferries, and hotels. Screenshots (PNG, JPG, WebP) for taxi receipts from Uber, Yandex, Bolt, and inDrive.
How accurate is the AI parsing?
Each parsed result shows a confidence score — green (≥80%), yellow (≥60%), or red (<60%). For standard booking confirmations from major carriers, accuracy is high. You can always edit any field before saving.
Can I import a multi-segment flight (with a layover)?
Yes. A booking confirmation with multiple flight segments is parsed into separate transport entries — one per segment — each with its own flight number, airports, and times.
Does importing a hotel PDF add it to the correct day?
Yes. The check-in date from the confirmation is matched to the corresponding day in your itinerary. If no matching day exists, the hotel is attached to the closest day and you can move it.
Can I import a train ticket PDF?
Yes. Upload your train booking confirmation PDF and AI extracts the train number, carrier, departure and arrival stations, times, car class, and seat number. Supported carriers include RZD, DB, SNCF, Trenitalia, and others.
Does it work with Airbnb or other hotel confirmations?
Automatic parsing is currently optimised for Booking.com, Trip.com, and Agoda. For Airbnb and other platforms, paste the confirmation text into the import field — AI will extract what it can. Any missing fields can be filled in manually.
Is there a limit on how many bookings I can import?
The AI parser is rate-limited to 20 imports per hour per account. This is enough for an entire trip worth of bookings. Hotel parsing (Booking.com, Trip.com, Agoda) is regex-based and does not count toward this limit.
