## Limitations

- **No native mobile app** — TripSet is a progressive web app (PWA). It works in any mobile browser but is not available on the App Store or Google Play.
- **Animated route video and Photo Reel require Chrome or Edge** — these features use the WebCodecs API, which is not supported in Firefox or Safari.
- **No offline mode** — an internet connection is required to plan, sync, or export.
- **AI booking import** — PDF parsing works best with standard booking confirmations; scanned or image-only PDFs may not parse correctly.
